By subscribing to Play to Potential Podcast’s premium services, you acknowledge that Play to Potential Podcast is a subsidiary of Transition Insight Private Limited, and your use of the services is governed by both these Terms and Conditions and Transition Insight Private Limited’s overarching policies and regulations. 2.2 Subscribers must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to subscribe to our premium services.

3.1 Play to Potential Podcast offers a premium subscription at the cost of 7999 Indian Rupees per year.
3.2 The “Pay for Value” option is entirely voluntary, offering comparable benefits and a subscription period of one year, akin to the other available plans.

4.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be made in this scenario.

Keep in mind that upon Cancellation, access to premium content and subscription features will cease, but you will still have access to any content available for free on the platform.

8.4 We host our content on third-party platforms and sometimes, for factors outside our control, there might be a short disruption to the access to content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You agree that (i) Play to Potential Podcast has the right to bring any proceedings before any court/forum of competent jurisdiction and You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts or forum; and (ii) any proceeding brought by You shall be exclusively before the courts at Mumbai, India.
